Being guided by Tassy Hennessy was absolutely perfect. her expertise in facilitation allowed us all to go very deep into our healing. I am not quite sure that would have happened with another facilitator. Tassy kept us on track and gently guided us back to presence and healing. she is an incredible facilitator and I appreciated her expertise.

The grief recovery program has made a huge impact on my life and how I approach others. Communication is so important in any relationship you have. I have learned to listen and approach people in such a different way. It has opened up my eyes to another way of thinking and processing. I have felt so much gratitude for this program. It has changed my perspective on “why” people say or act a certain way. I have learned to set healthy boundaries for my current relationships and still allow them grace as well. Resentment stays with you and I have learned to process these emotions with this program. It is so healing and empowering to have such a wonderful program. I feel so much support from Tassy and how she has guided me through this journey. I will continue to work on different relationships using this method because I know and feel that it truly works. I have already seen so much growth in myself and have been able to move forward feeling compassion for others and myself.

we started the program on July 21,20203. the weeks flew by and the journey seemed effortless and yet very impactful. Tassy supported us every step along the way. I am so grateful for her guidance ad support. I am certain that I would have given up several times, if not for her. Her constant checking in to see how we were doing, was so helpful and brought me right back into my commitment to do this work.
