First off, I sincerely believe that this experience and method facilitated my healing! I appreciate its simplicity and really, Carola did an excellent job of guiding me. I am glad that I committed and took the necessary time to show up to the sessions, to complete the reading and heart-work. Keeping the homework to an hour was really helpful and actually may have been one of the keys to my success (it kept the process in my emotions, not in my mind:) Also, the content of the literature is quite clear, helpful too.
