The Grief Recovery Method offers counselors a tool to help walk people through their grief. Grieving people will often need more that being able to discuss their feelings and experience and request to physically do something. The Grief Recovery Method Certification training is that it helped me to understand how easy it is to keep feelings of sadness and fear deep inside my heart. Our teacher, Ed Owens, gently and compassionately guide us to become aware of our true emotions, express them out loud and let go of the pain from them. I was looking for a Certification to become a Grief Counsellor & stumbled across the Grief Recovery Institute. I read up on the courses offered & decided to sign up. Lets just say that the GRM superseded every expectation I had. The Instructors guided me through a loss using this method & I feel like a weight has been lifted off of me. I look forward to bringing others to the same place of freedom using the GRM.

The Grief Recovery Method is a life changer. I registered to become a certified specialist but left the four-day online intensive as a much more complete person on a personal level. This program helped me identify losses throughout my life and understand why things haven't worked in the past. Its a very proactive program that helps identify what is incomplete so you can complete and let go of unfinished dialog that took up space in my head, making room for other dreams and allowing me to live lighter.
