My experience with this program ranged from nerve-wrenching to a sense of peace. I encountered many moments of heartbreak and pain and re-lived them all over again. Parts of my past that I would have rather left behind and forgotten all those years ago, but this program allowed me to understand why I experienced each of those losses and more importantly I am able to move forward without fear or guilt.

The program made me aware of aspects of grief that I had already experienced and other aspects I’d yet come to terms with. The program gives not only permission to grieve but how to cope with the grief of not only myself, but of others. Compassion and empathy I believe should live together.

Before committing to the program, I felt lost I had so many emotions and feelings that held me back everyday. Elva knew I could benefit from this program, and I am so greatful for it. I worked through alot of feeling from my past, all while making shocking realizations about my present and future. After the program my left completely changed, I had the courage to leave a toxic relationship and went back to school. Today, I am proud to say I am a nurse, I truly don't think I could have gotten here without Elva and this program!
