Bindi did an incredible job of facilitating this program. Her deep understanding and belief in this program helped me to believe in it as well, and I am so grateful to feel that I now have the tools to move through future losses over my lifetime. She created a very comfortable space where I felt safe to open up and really dive into this program to get the most out of it. I would recommend her to anyone looking to try this program, and needing help to work through their grief. This program helped me to understand the scope of loss, and to feel less alone in the process of grief recovery. I think this book & program should be completed by everyone - it would help us all to better support each other in times of loss, and give us all the tools to be able to move forward through grief.
