For me I was able to grieve the would of could of should by sharing out loud what my issues were without feeling judged,At the beginning of the program I was feeling a lot of stress in my relationship and not knowing which way to turn, I was able to grieve what needed to be said and now my mind is more at piece and I,m better able to set boundaries when needed.A lot more responding rather than reacting

The Grief Recovery Method Program (One on One) liberated me from looking at my losses from an intellectual perspective to acknowledging the emotions those losses created and healing them. It has allowed me to bring down the walls I spend a lifetime creating and finally heal my heart. I cannot tell you how lighter and happier I feel! This program is life-changing.

Before I attended I felt overburdened, like something physical and/or mental was going to give. After completing the program I felt a lightness and calmness with more energy and the overburdened feeling was gone. This program saved my life. With the sudden passing of both parents in a 6 month period the grief hit me really hard. My anxiety sky rocketed, there were days I felt numb and angry that everything just went on except me. This program rebuilt my entire life. Although the grief of my parents was very significant I soon realized their were deeper issues of grief at play that I had no idea were even grief. After the completion of the program I have my life back, I have tools that I have learned from this program to use in other life challenges that arise. The emotional pain is gone. I am free.

This program was excellent for me. I grieved my entire life since I have known about my adoption and had many loses in my life--parents, relationships, pets. I feel I have transformed myself out of this program and now have the tools to repeat the exercises when it comes up for me.

My mom died very suddenly the day I started fertility treatments. She was the reason I decided to take these steps. I had things that I hoped I could have told her in person but she was gone. The Grief Recovery Program helped me vocalize what I needed to, to get "unstuck" in a continuous loop that was playing in my head.
