A Note From The Presenter:

I firmly believe that individuals can reach a level of satisfaction when given specific tools to maneuver their way through some of life's hardest transitions. This 8 week group program is action-based and will assist you in moving beyond the pain that comes with grief and loss. We all experience different types of loss that have varying levels of emotional impact. My hope is that you will start your journey to recovery and utilize the tools in this program to live a happier life. Time does not heal wounds; actions do, and you've already taken the first step. Online one-on-one sessions are also available.
