Welcome, you are here, which means you are searching for answers.
I have always been a seeker too, since I was a child, maybe it was because I experienced so many losses from a young age:
Loss of home country
Loss of community
Loss of stability
Loss of normal
Loss of security
Loss of innocence
Loss of belonging
Loss of peace
Loss of self
And finally the loss the tangible loss that brought me to Grief Recovery Method after my father died, the loss of a loved one.
And I got the answer to all of my feelings through GRM.
I have been a money mindset coach and online counsellor for the last 20 years, I was even one of the pioneers of the talk therapy movement when I was living between Toronto and New York City.
Never in all of that time, have I come across a method so simple and so life changing in relationship to loss and change, and believe me, I have tried them ALL.
Not that other methods are bad, they are just not foolproof. Anyone can heal no matter how much they've lost, how much pain they have compounded over the years or how much time has passed. That is truly the beauty of this method.
Whether it is your loss of a personal relationships, or your relationships to intangibles:
Loss of faith
Loss of success
Loss of money
Loss of motivation
Loss of trust
Loss of the familiar
Divorce/Separation (as a kid or as an adult)
They can all be completed through the Grief Recovery Method.
A little about me? I am 42 years old, a proud mama of two very active kids living just outside Toronto, Ontario.
I have a successful money mindset coaching business and am thrilled to now be offering 1:1 Grief Recovery as a Certified Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist.
GRM gave me back so much energy, so much joy and so much power over the pain of my losses, and my wish for you, is that you don’t waste another second wondering why, but experience the freedom of this how.
Grief Recovery helped my process my loss and the history of our relationship in such a way to see both the ups and downs of our life together in balance. (The “bedevilment” vs. “enshrinement” balance was very much needed for me.) The feedback and encouragement I received from Agnes was very motivating and helped me be thorough. She also didn't chide me for being a little long if necessary. Her personal experiences shared as examples were sincere and helpful.One-on-One SupportParticipant in Forest Falls, CA09/01/2020
The program has helped me separate the grief from the disbelief of all the deaths that occurred in a short time. It gave me the opportunity to say the things I wanted to say and clear any guilt, regret, and resentment.One-on-One SupportParticipant in Saskatoon , SK08/18/2020
