I am a registered social worker and Certified Grief Recovery Specialist living in Pocologan, New Brunswick. My background includes walking with individuals and families through pain and loss. I discovered the Grief Recovery Method after years of struggling with my own overwhelming losses and painful memories, including the unexpected deaths of my brother and sister while I was still grieving the death of my mother. The Grief Recovery Method gave me the tools I needed to heal my broken heart and remember my family without pain.
