My name is Colquitt Nash. Having worked as a Hospice Chaplain standing alongside people going through grief and my mother's death, I began to seek for better ways to help and deal with the grief people experienced. In 2008, I became a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist through the Grief Recovery Institute to facilitate classes and 1 on 1 support for grievers. I have found these tools to be a good way to work through and move beyond the grief, loss and hurt people have.
I have facilitated several classes in several different communities as well as numerous 1 on 1 sessions with individuals and couples, not only through church ministry but from the community as well.
Recently, I completed the Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist training which allows me to do this work online with individuals. I am also certified to do online groups with the "Helping Children With Loss" format which helps those who deal with children either in school settings or simply with your own family.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person or online with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
