Hello, I am Jamie, a Death Doula, with expertise in grief therapy. The Grief Recovery Method helps others process their grief with more completion and resolve than they might accomplish on their own.

In my discoveries, my grief signaled an awareness of how incomplete and unresolved relationships, in certain instances, both hindered and prevented me from pursuing joyous living.

This process is a difficult one to walk; however, with my professional guidance, you can courageously confront the sources of your grief to experience a new freedom and resolution. Our shared goal within therapy is liberation from varying types of unresolved grief and trauma, in order to open the door to personal freedom, and even happiness.

In addition a Death Doula, I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist and Massage Therapy instructor. Particular methods of massage can explore and target pressure and pain points that often correlate to lingering grief and trauma.
