My name is Jenny Verde. I came across GRM when I was searching for a program to help people with losses after I had lost my husband and brother within one month apart. This time in my life was devastating, I felt lost, numb with so much unresolved grief and I did not know how to handle the losses until I went through the GRM course. GRM has helped me find myself again to live life with love and feeling lighter without holding on to the heaviness I once did.

In addition to being a GRM specialist, I am also a CHW in the state of MA. for a non-profit organization. I am passionate about the work I do and grateful for the opportunity for stumbling upon GRM to help others through their grief.

My wish is to work with you 1:1 in person or 1:1 virtually to help release the weight of the unresolved grief. I want you to know you do not have to feel stuck in grief, there is a way to navigate through the heaviness and I can help you.
