I am Kelly Frost, formerly Smith. I provide services in the Trumbull and Cuyahoga County areas. I was first brought to the Grief Recovery Method 1 on 1 program following the death of my father due to cancer in 2018. The program has helped me heal and become complete with many relationships and losses. Every since the 2nd session I knew God was leading me to become certified so that I could help others cope with their losses as well. Since becoming certified, I have facilitated 3 groups and have worked with seven 1 on 1 clients.
This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
Our support groups offer a safe, evidence-based environment for grievers to take effective and lasting action, no matter the type of loss experienced. These groups are led by Grief Recovery Method Specialists, trained and certified by the Grief Recovery Institute.
