"Incomplete grief can hurt one's happiness. My journey through The Grief Recovery Method began in 2005 after my sister, Jessie Mae, died. The Grief Recovery Method supported me in completing my grief. In 2018, again, with The Grief Recovery Method's assistance, I was able to move beyond devastating circumstances as my husband, and I grieved the loss of our only daughter, Randi, to Cancer. What I gained through The Grief Recovery Method has healed my heart. Now, I am grateful to support others as their hearts heal."
Additionally, I have partnered with Our Wellness Network (OWN), an initiative of First Year Cleveland's Pregnancy and Infant Loss (PAIL) Committee, to offer grief support to African American men and women within Cuyahoga County (Ohio) who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant death.
For ANY personal loss you have suffered, please contact me today to be a part of my FREE (for a limited time only) virtual, online groups, or individual sessions. I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey.
