Hi - I'm Michelle and I found the Grief Recovery Method when I heard an employee speak of the method and how it helped her at my organizations all entity meeting . It was at that point I felt my heart touched and felt very called to become a Grief Recovery Method Specialist myself. I am a Registered Nurse and have worked in the health care field for 34 years. I have both witnessed and experienced many life changing and tragic events that brought me to the decision to become a specialist. For myself I have experienced the tragic loss of my only sister in 2016 to domestic violence and then just a few short months later, my 21-year marriage ended in divorce. I have experienced walking a parent through chronic illness and helping them die with dignity. Pet loss as well as pregnancy loss . Once I went through the Grief Recovery Method it was such a lifechanging experience for me I was both excited and renewed to share that with others so that they could hopefully gain that same sense of grief recovery that I had learned. It is so refreshing to know that you are not alone and that there are alternative methods to healing.
