Hello, my name is Sarah. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor as well as a certified Grief Recovery Specialist. I was introduced to the Grief Recovery Method by a few close friends and coworkers of mine who spoke highly of the program and I wanted to know more about it. The Grief Recovery Method impacted my life in a positive manner and it helped me gain a very different perspective on how grief and loss can impact us all in many different ways. I believe that the Grief Recovery Method can be an asset to everyone.
The areas I provide my Grief Recovery Services are in the central New Jersey area (e.g., Princeton). I can provide in person Grief Support Group(s) as well as an in person, 1 on 1 Grief Support.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
