I found the Grief Recovery Method 9 years ago, after losing my beloved husband of 30 years. The program offered me a way forward, whereas the support groups I tried did not. In the following 5 years, I experienced 4 more significant losses and, although the circumstances of each were vastly different, what I learned the first time around helped immensely. Those losses are what prompted me to become a Grief Recovery Method Specialist.
