Greetings, I'm Andy and I love helping people become the best version of themselves. I have over 20 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities. During this time, I specialized in working with neurodivergent people who had complex trauma and complex behavior needs. It was through this experience that I saw how unprocessed grief can show up in the form of agitation and frustration. I was so impressed with the Grief Recovery Program when I became certified in 2023, I couldn't wait to get back to northwest Ohio and help as many people as I could.
