A Note From The Presenter:

Here to help you grieve and heal.
Loss can cause unspeakable pain and when someone
close to you dies, it can feel like there’s no path forward.
Grief is natural and we all require time to process. But
if time begins to pass and you feel like your thoughts
and emotions are continuing to interfere with your
relationships with others, your ability to work or stay on
task with daily routines, or if you find your thoughts are
constantly pre-occupied, or your mood continues to feel
unstable – these may be signs that therapy could help
you move through processing your grief and loss.
Therapy can help you through.
• talk about loss in the way that’s most natural and
productive to you.
• You get a safe place to decompress and talk.
• We’ll guide you in how you can care for your own
well-being.
• Discuss the future and life without your loved one.
