In this certification I learned that I have been suppressing my grief for 40 years ! As I confronted my grief head-on during the training I could just feel it lift off of my shoulders. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to go through the Grief Recovery Method Certification. I can’t wait to use my certification to help others improve their own lives and the lives of their families and friends.

I found healing and freedom through my Certification training. I was able to work on a relationship that I didn't realize I still had issues with. I went through the emotions and came out feeling free of the burden. It was a truly amazing and eye opening experience for me. Some of the exercises helped to change my perspective and gave me a desire to communicate better with those around me! I am so grateful for this course and have already begun using some of the tools with my coworkers. The Grief Recovery Method has truly shed light on my life and I am very grateful to have this opportunity to share it with others.

I absolutely loved the GRM Certification Training! Not only has this training helped me personally better understand grief and how to process it, but also has given me some incredible tools and information that directly applies to me professionally. The 4 days are jam-packed with everything you need, and then some! The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and fun! I highly recommend anyone to take this training!

As a mental health professional their are a vast amount of training programs available to enhance our skills to help other heal. Some times it's difficult to decide which training to take with so many choices, but I am glad I choose the Grief Recovery Method. I know this action oriented program will be the change my clients need to move forward in their lives and heal.
