I am not sure that you are able to improve this. Lois is a FANTASTIC facilitator. She is extremely knowledgeable in the program and has an amazing ability to pass that knowledge on to others.

The personal experiences and stories that the facilitators shared really helped me understand the process and how everything fit together. They were very empathetic and supportive, answered everyone's questions, and made time to discuss deeper questions after class.

I took all the classes in GRM, and then I was encouraged to take the training by my co-worker Rex Cearley. I am so glad I did; that changed my perspective of seeing people dealing with loss and pain and gave me the tool to guide them to get out of suffering and find that the way we handled loss in the past has left a print in our present and future and is the way we manage our loss. I don't watch movies the same way. I have more compassion for the character dealing with loss and know about grief recovery; God creates us with one heart and two ears.
