Alan Harris, D.Th., M.Ed., CGRS
Trained as a mental health counselor, Alan specializes in grief work and group learning. He completed his Grief Recovery Method certification with Crossroads Hospice in 2016, where he served as a Bereavement Coordinator. Alan’s 8-week GRM groups have been well received, and he also offers 1:1 GRM work on special request when a group would not be suitable for the griever. Alan’s groups are supportive, informative, and follow the GRM process for working through - and beyond - self-limiting, incomplete, and unresolved grief.
This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
