My name is Bethann McIntosh, I am a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist, widow and proud mom of 4 girls! By the time I was 36, I had lost both of my parents and my husband. Navigating life was scary and I found myself always second guessing my decisions. I was isolating myself from friends because I thought if I dealt with my losses alone, it would be easier on the people that were also effected my these deaths. I finally realized I was not helping my children until I was able to help myself. I found the Grief Recovery Method and knew this was the missing piece I needed to continue my healing journey.
I offer Online One on One Grief support as well, in person one on one , small groups and Helping Children with Loss. I am located in Berlin, MD.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person or online with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
