Hi! I'm Carmen! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist located in Augusta Georgia.
My journey with The Grief Recovery Method started by reading The Grief Recovery Handbook and realized how impactful it was like a helping professional that does not spend a lot of time doing the personal work to address the multiple losses in my life. Taking the steps to become a specialist has allowed me to share my passion for helping people go from hurt to healed in multiple ways.
I currently offer individual support and support for children.
This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
