I was able to trust David very early into the process. He was patient and empathic. The examples he gave helped me to figure out how to get the most out of the program. i was able to relax, feel, and really dig deeper than i thought i would (or needed to do to complete my grief). I feel strong enough and have enough tools to move through the other losses i need to complete. I reached out to David during the process when I felt overwhelmed or stuck. He truly had my back. i feel the universe sent me a program and person to help me.

Before the program, I suffered 17 months of not being able to move forward from deep anger, hurt & resentment as well as grief following the death of my husband of 55 years. I now have truly let go of those negative feelings & have even been able to forgive & to so say good-bye with love ..... a huge step. I know that there will always be periods of grief & remembrance but I think the tools I now have will help me to focus on the happy memories.

I am able to feel my feelings, and also express them better, knowing that I can recognize where they come from and why. I feel more comfortable listening to others who are sharing their own feelings, and I know how to be present without saying anything. I look at my life with my departed family member and am able to focus on all the beautiful parts of it, having forgiven, and apologized for instances I used to dwell negatively on. I have already begun to look at other relationships in my life with the same "format" and I am hopeful I will have success with those losses when I do the program again and again. Thank you
