After losing my father and then my younger brother, I found myself carrying a weight that seemed impossible to put down. The sadness, the unanswered questions, the feeling of always just being stuck! I knew something had to change.
That search for healing led me to the Grief Recovery Method, and it changed everything for me.
The Grief Recovery Method gave me the tools to finally move through my grief rather than around it. It helped me rediscover my sense of purpose, reconnect with joy, and step back into life with clarity and confidence. The transformation in and through me was so profound that I felt called to share it and became certified as a specialist. I believe no one should have to navigate grief alone, and no one should have to stay stuck.
I am a certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist dedicated to walking alongside others who are ready to heal. I am passionate about working with incarcerated individuals and their families. As well as those healing from trauma and abuse.
