I provide Grief Recovery Method Support Groups in the Shelbyville and Bedford County area. I am certified to provide Grief Recovery One on One sessions, Group sessions, sessions for parents of grieving children, and Pet Loss groups.
One on One sessions are available during my regular business hours. Please call 931-492-6889, for more information. I do not currently have any groups meeting.
I hold a Bachelors degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a Masters in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA. I am also a Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP).
My interest in grief developed after goimg through The Grief Recovery Method with a colleague. Going through that. class and attending the training, I realized that grief is at the bottom of all trauma.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
