Hello, my name is Kandida and I'm glad you clicked my profile. This is were I'm supposed to sell myself and tell you a brief introduction of who I am and how amazing I can be for you. I'm not good with bios so here's a condensed truth: Grief sucks. If you are interested in learning some tools to change how that previous statement resonates in your own life, then I'm your girl.
Grief has been an annoying yet close friend of mine through the years. Before the Grief Recovery Method I wore my heartache proudly like a badge of honor, others times I isolated in it like a cozy blanket, and in some cases I buried it so deep it took years of excavation to dig it up and clean it out. Whether through the challenges of communication with my sometimes amazing but always loved husband, the death of pivotal loved ones and not so loved ones, or a family tree of addicts, abusers, criminals, and mentally ill. Grief, pain, loss and sadness have been my companion over the years. There came a turning point were I could let the hurt continue to be the loudest thing I heard or I could take my life back. I chose the latter. Grief recovery helped me recognize ineffective patterns and gave me the tools and education to successfully look at my past, present, and even future with fondness, joy, and hope. If you're in the Clark County area and are interested in working with me, I am available for one on one sessions, as well as group and online.
