Thank you for stopping by. My name is Karen Blanchard, I'm a certified grief recovery specialist. I am no stranger to grief. I am divorced, I was stalked and after suffering the death of my 17-year-old daughter I didn't know where to turn. I was angry and lost, my heart was shattered into a million pieces, and I felt hopeless, stuck in the darkest of dark places of my soul. After taking the Grief Recovery Method and applying the tools that were given I now live a life of joy, happiness, and purpose and I help others do the same.
This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
