My work experience has helped me to work with adults and children who have experienced diverse childhood experiences. Grief is unique to every individual, no path is the same, but with the right support you can take the first step towards many. I would be deeply honoured to support you in your own path towards recovery.
This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
