My name is Lisa, from Des Moines, IA and I am a chaplain and pastor by vocation. I have been working in hospice and healthcare for several years. I have encountered all sort of folks in various stages and circumstances of grieving, and was delighted to find this program. After having done some of my own work in the GRM, I have found this program to be like getting a set of new tools designed for doing this work effectively, rather than hunting thru the junk drawer for a temporary fix. At this time, I am offering to do in-person groups and 1:1 sessions. If I can support you, please do not hesitate to reach out!
This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
