My name is Lynn LiVigni and I am an Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist currently working in groups and one-on-one with my clients online and in person. My personal experience with The Grief Recovery Method® has been an exceptionally profound one as I have learned how to live and not just survive, thrive in my endeavors and not just "run through the motions" but to live the best version of 'me' unashamed. There are many choices out there, however, I feel that the Grief Recovery Method is the missing piece as it focuses on completing the grief process by identifying myths and taking small but effective actions that leads to emotional completeness and a healed heart.
