Welcome and I'm glad you're here. I joined Grief Recovery after learning of the power it had on my mentor. I then went through the program myself and truly know the completeness it brings. After losing my grandfather I felt like the foundation of my life story crumbled. I kept telling people "No one will ever understand me since they can't meet Gramps." It was through the journey of GRM and the action-steps of this program that I re-wrote my narrative and once again have wholeness.

Our family now lives in the Columbus Ohio area. In addition to being an Afghan War veteran myself, I am the wife of an Army Ranger. We have experienced multiple layers of loss as a family and with the action steps of GRM are re-gaining completeness with each relationship.
I look forward to working with 1-1 grievers both in-person (north Columbus) and virtually (coast to coast). I also love the power of groups and will share those details via my Riveting Mission website.
