The many losses in my own life including the death of my mother, 3 of her sisters, and a 23 year marriage, led me on a journey of self-discovery and introspection. For years, I thought I'd 'dealt' with the grief of those losses and others that followed, including the death of my father. Then, my soulmate died from cancer and it brought me to my knees and the real work began... with the Grief Recovery Method. The experience was life changing and healing in a way that therapy and other tools I had at my disposal were not. It has inspired me beyond measure and I'm excited to work with and support my clients on their recovery journey.
