Loss comes in more than 43 forms; the most familiar are death, divorce, loss of a pet, loss of health or loss of a job. If you find that you are trying to live with unresloved grief, you have come to the right site. Hi, my name is Nancy Hull, and I am a woman who has experienced my fair share of loss and trauma. In 2014, I became certified as an Integrative Health Coach through Duke Integrative Medicine. As my practice grew, it became apparant that the majority of my clients were experiencing unresloved grief without even knowing it. This fact led me to seek training and certification by The Grief Recovery Institute. In 2016, I became certified as a Grief Recovery Specialist. In 2019, I took my training further to become an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist which allows me to work, via Zoom, with people all over the world. In 2020, I was certified to present the program Helping Children With Loss.
The Grief Recovery Method is an effective action program that:
Helps you look at your losses and the pain they've caused
Creates a safe environment in which to address the losses and the pain
Provides action choices to move you beyond the pain to completion

The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person or online with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
