Hello,
My name is Patrick and I've been involved in counseling and holistic health for over 40 years.
My own grief journey includes the loss of my 25 year old son, Noah, to a dramatic suicided in 2019, the death of both parents within 2 years of Noah's departure and work-related experiences from being a veteran and private investigator.
In order to go on with a loving and balanced life, it was vital to find any possible way to "take one more step forward" in honor of Noah, my ancestors and my family. The Grief Recovery Method has played a very pivotal role in that recovery journey!
As a 4th generation Californian, I serve the San Francisco Bay Area with in-person sessions and world-wide via Zoom.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person or online with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
