My journey started when I attended the Helping Children With Loss program so I could support children in my teaching role. The experience made me realise I had some unresolved grief and I then completed the Grief Recovery program. I learnt so much about myself, grief and loss I went on to train as a Grief Recovery Specialist.
I am able to offer grief support 1:1 and also bring experiences and knowledge to the Helping Children with Loss program. I am based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire , UK.
This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person or online with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
