Greetings! My name is Sia Caldwell Milner. I am well acquainted with grief and loss. The reality of grief and loss is that it hurts! Sometimes the hurt is numbing, debilitating, and even indescribable. From the loss of my twin son that died in utero in 2001 to the loss of my father, husband, cousins, nephews, niece, and mother between the years of 2018 – 2021, I was overwhelmed with grief and broken hearted. As I processed through my pain I leaned on my strong faith and I searched for techniques and tools to process through grief and loss for myself and others around me. As I searched, I found the Grief Recovery Method. Life Changing! The Grief Recovery Method is what people of any race, creed, color, or belief system would be able to benefit from.
Because of my experiences with loss, I have become passionate about helping others find joy again and I am certain that there can be an exchange of “beauty for ashes.”
In addition to being one who has experienced great loss, I am a Minister. I hold a BA in Psychology and a Master of Arts Degree in Religion (Worship Studies), and most importantly - I have a heart for the hurting.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
