Hi I'm Terri,
I believe personal and collective pain is the gateway to the biggest transformation. I offer online support for women who have experienced child loss through abortion, miscarriage, stillbirth, failed IVF or illness. My own journey is one of heartbreak and prolonged grief due to child loss. I discovered Grief Recovery while searching for a grief group for my parents after my brothers death. I felt intuitively it was the right next step for my own healing journey. Along the way I discovered that my anger, was just years of repressed sadness due to loss. Everything changed with The Grief Recovery Method, finally a way to process grief.
I've created a space for women, where they are nurtured, supported and offered compassion, warmth and guidance through their grief back to joy. As an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist, I offer women 1:1 Grief Recovery Online and in Groups. Seeing someone shift from emotional pain back to living fully is truly a gift to witness and my "why" for this purpose driven work. This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
