I am a mother to my non-verbal daughter with autism and other special needs. In 2025, I joyfully entered a new season of life through marriage, blending our family while navigating the complexities of mental and emotional health needs and past trauma. This journey continues to deepen my compassion, resilience, and understanding of what it truly means to heal.
My personal path has been shaped by profound and often conflicting emotions. For much of my life, I coped the way I was taught—by staying strong, minimizing pain, and carrying on as if everything was okay. As a mother, I experienced layers of grief that I didn’t initially recognize: the loss of identity, security, stability, safety, expectations, and even parts of the future I once imagined.
In seeking connection, I started a support group for mothers of children with autism. It became clear how deeply we all needed a safe, judgment-free space to express our emotions without shame or the pressure to “hold it all together.” That realization led me to the Grief Recovery Method®, which transformed my life by giving voice to the pain that had long gone unspoken.
Through this work, I discovered that healing begins when our pain is acknowledged, heard, and understood. The Grief Recovery Method® allowed me to process not only visible losses but also the intangible ones that are often overlooked in our culture.
Today, I am deeply passionate about helping others move beyond unresolved grief and toward emotional healing. I provide a compassionate, safe, and supportive space where grievers can feel seen, understood, and not alone.
I offer primarily online, one-on-one Grief Recovery Method® services to individuals across the United States and around the world.
