After becoming certified in the Grief Recovery Method, I have gained knowledge that I am passionate about sharing with others who are seeking help to overcome their losses. Although everyone experiences grief differently, the Grief Recovery Method has proven to be effective and is backed by evidence-based research. As a certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist from the Grief Recovery Institute, I am dedicated to helping those who have suffered a loss to find healing and peace.
This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
