In 2013, my life changed in an instant when my life partner passed away just five days before our daughter was born. Overnight, I became a single mother navigating unimaginable grief while preparing to welcome new life into the world. Through that experience, I learned what it means to hold joy and sorrow at the same time. I chose to trust God, live each day with purpose, and turn my pain into purpose by helping others heal from loss.

My personal journey led me to discover the Grief Recovery Method® after entering a relationship with a widower, which transformed my understanding of grief, healing, and blended family dynamics. I recently married a widower, and together we are raising a blended family that includes children who have experienced the loss of a parent. These experiences have given me a compassionate and unique perspective on navigating grief, relationships, and life after loss.

Today, I proudly serve individuals and families throughout North and Central New Jersey as an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist® and Spiritual Life Coach, offering both online and in-person support. I hold a Master’s degree in Project Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. I also serve full-time as a Supervisory Federal Agent and support critical incident response efforts within my agency. As a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., I remain passionate about serving and uplifting my community through healing, hope, and restoration.
