Following several significant losses, I lived with and ignored my very broken heart, generally hiding behind humour, work and anything else that distracted me. When a colleague recommended GRM to me I was highly sceptical but as an open minded person, I thought I would 'give it a go'. I am so very glad I did, for me it was a life changing experience but this time, a positive one. I feel free, I feel lighter and I feel present. I knew I had to share this experience with others and trained as a GRM specialist to do just that and my commitment to working alongside others to guide real healing is steadfast.

I am a qualified social worker with over 30 years experience in child and adult protection, criminal justice, disaster recovery , domestic abuse and military welfare support.
