Dinah's venture into becoming an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist emerged from a career in HR, where she specialised in coaching and empowering individuals to embrace their strengths personally as well as professionally. This journey often brought her face-to-face with how intense the impact of unresolved emotional loss can be that stems from various life events, including redundancy, disability, bereavement, divorce, and more. These perfectly natural emotions can be overwhelmingly debilitating, often defying explanation.
When she began volunteering as a Bereavement Wellbeing Supporter at a local hospice, Dinah's intuition was confirmed – grief is not solely born from bereavement. Through her extensive research and personal experiences, she uncovered and experienced The Grief Recovery Method® and its incredible positive change it has.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person or online with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
Our support groups offer a safe, evidence-based environment for grievers to take effective and lasting action, no matter the type of loss experienced. These groups are led by Grief Recovery Method Specialists, trained and certified by the Grief Recovery Institute.
