My name is Dayne and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been in private practice for 9 years. In my practice I work with individuals with trauma, anxiety, depression and ADHD. Coping with significant loss is one of life’s most challenging experiences, and you need, and truly deserve, to be seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I offer my compassion and support in these ways because it is deeply moving and humbling to witness the transformations that clients experience through the GRM process.
GRM (Grief Recovery Method) is by far the most powerful tool I’ve encountered for helping individuals navigate the complexities of grief, move forward from significant losses, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. At its core, it is a pathway to something we all long for: inner peace.
On a personal note, GRM has been a profound gift in my own life. It has allowed me to heal from long-standing, unresolved grief tied to familial relationships, giving me the chance to finally move forward with more clarity and peace.
