Hi, I'm Theresa, and I live in Gilbert, Arizona, USA. My journey with the Grief Recovery Method® began when I realized I had been holding onto deep grief regarding my marriage and divorce that I felt was really starting to affect my well-being. Previously, I had been through seasons of profound loss — from child abuse, the deaths of loved ones, including my mom when I was just 15 years old, then divorce, to changes in health and dreams I had held dear. I knew how to care for others, but I hadn’t been given a clear way to complete my relationship with my emotional pain. While I had spent decades in the healing arts, I discovered that even with all my training and profound healing events... my own heart still carried the weight of unresolved grief.

The Grief Recovery Method® gave me a safe, structured, step-by-step way to complete what was emotionally unheard, unexpressed, and unfinished without having to let go of the love or beautiful memories I hold dear. It helped me reclaim my sense of self, deep peace, and new possibilities. Experiencing this transformation myself inspires me to guide others through the same process.

I offer the Grief Recovery Method® one-on-one to people both online and in person, serving clients locally in Gilbert, AZ, and virtually around the world to help people navigate the death of a loved one, divorce, loss of trust, safety, health changes, or any other loss with compassion, clarity, and dignity.
