Hi, I’m Lizandrea. I’m based in San Diego, California, and I’m currently pursuing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I hold a degree in Psychology from the University of Navarra, and I’m passionate about helping people move through the emotional pain of loss with more clarity, peace, and support. My desire to do this work became personal through my own experience with loss. I went through the pain of losing a relationship with someone who was very close to me, and for a long time, it felt heavy and unresolved. When I was introduced to this work and began to process that loss, it felt like a weight had been lifted. I was finally able to think about that relationship without the same pain I had carried for so long. That experience is what led me to begin helping others now.
I want people to know that healing is possible, and that they don’t have to carry that emotional weight alone. I have experience supporting clients in clinical settings and working closely with individuals and families. I also have a special heart for working with children and supporting them.
