About Me

In 2016, my world changed forever. I lost my significant other, the love of my life, and was suddenly faced with the unthinkable reality of raising our six-year-old alone. The days that followed were a blur of heartbreak, confusion, and deep loneliness.

Grief became my constant companion, but so did the determination to keep going for my child and for the future I had to believe could hold meaning. Along the way, with the help of the grief discovery program, I discovered that healing wasn’t about “moving on,” but learning to carry love and loss together.

As an HR professional, I have also seen grief take many forms in the workplace, most often in the loss of a job, a career path, or a sense of stability. It is not only death that triggers deep grief; any significant loss can impact our hearts, minds, and ability to show up fully in life.

Today, I combine my personal journey with my professional experience to support others through grief recovery. I understand the silent weight of sorrow, the questions that have no answers, and the courage it takes to take even the smallest step forward.

Through my work, I walk alongside others as they navigate their own stories of loss, whether it is the death of a loved one or the loss of something that once gave their life meaning. Recovery is possible, not in the sense of forgetting, but in finding hope, purpose, and even joy again.
