Born and raised in France, I had the opportunity to live in 12 countries around the globe, teaching or doing various missions and HR work in French, English, and Spanish.
After a divorce and a remarriage followed by the death of our handicapped child in 1991, and then the death of our oldest son in 2001 through an accident, and our subsequent move from Japan to Mexico, I realized that I needed to do work on myself in order to be able to continue to help others. I came across the GRM, which helped me to identify many other significant losses, and I am so grateful that I was able to learn this method to help me become more complete. I became a GRM specialist in 2017 in Mexico, and have since seen wonderful results from teaching it to others.
With the pandemic, my husband and I moved to the USA in 2020, and we are now living close to Everett, Washington State. I am excited to be able to offer the GRM one-on-one online (in English, Spanish, or French) to help as many grievers as possible, as well as Helping Children with Loss!

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person or online with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
