it gave me a better understanding how to not just help myself thru grieve but to help others. That children might not be going thru the grieve of a lose but of others things, it help me to have heart- ears to know how to say things and what to say instead of react to what's say. It also help me to complete the process. what really stuck with me was forgiveness I learned that forgiveness is not a feeling its a action.

This program helped me recognize and work through the grief I was carrying with my relationship with my father. Completing this program was scary at first, but once I started, I found myself eager to work through it. This really is an amazing program and was incredibly helpful. I now find myself free from years of grief I was carrying with me. I would highly recommend this program.

I learned so much about how to talk and listen to children coping with loss. No loss is too small and all types of loss are significant! The preparation tools are so helpful for these conversations. The material and examples were easy to understand, and the group was so valuable for providing additional insights. Janelle is fabulous! Katie’s guidance opened me up to address past experiences and in turn become emotionally complete with experiences beyond what had originally brought me to work with her. She thoughtfully brought more of my emotions to the surface that I tucked away for years. I can attest GRM is not limited to grief felt after a loss from death.
